Six people died and more than 50 were hospitalised after allegedly consuming contaminated drinking water in Kathor village of Surat city.
Six people died and more than 50 were hospitalised after allegedly consuming contaminated drinking water in Kathor village of Surat city. The incident took place over two days on May 30 and 31 before health officials of the Surat Municipal Corporation reached Vivek Nagar Colony and distributed chlorine medicine among the villagers. The villagers were suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea-like symptoms. The infected villagers are being treated at nearby government and private hospitals.More Related News
