Fans and followers of singer Krishnakumar Kunnath aka KK are in complete shock after his sudden demise. The iconic singer passed away in Kolkata on May 31. His sudden demise has sent shockwaves across the country and left scores of fans in a state of grief. The internet as well as fans flooded Twitter with condolence messages and paid their last respects to the singer.
KK reportedly suffered a heart attack. The playback singer collapsed after a concert in Kolkata and was rushed to a private hospital in the city. He was "brought dead" to Kolkata's CMRI Hospital around 10 pm, hospital authorities told India Today TV. KK is survived by his wife and children.
Twitter was flooded with condolence messages for the iconic singer. Fans remembered his evergreen songs and paid a heartfelt tribute to the singer.
Filmmaker Alankrita Srivastava paid her last respects to the singer with a tweet and wrote, “KK, thank you for the music. Thank you for the magic. You will live on forever through your songs.”
