Shweta Tiwari keeps the custody of her son, Reyansh. However, Abhinav Kohli can visit him on weekends for two hours and talk daily over via video calls.
In a big relief to actor Shweta Tiwari, the Bombay High Court has refused to grant custody of her five-year-old son, Reyansh, to his estranged father, Abhinav Kohli. Kohli will however get access to their son. Kohli can now speak to his son through video conferencing daily for half an hour and can visit him on weekends for two hours. The modalities for this can be worked out between Kohli and Shweta Tiwari over the next few days.
Abhinav Kohli had filed a habeas corpus plea while stating that Shweta Tiwari had allegedly illegally kept their son away from him. He had sought that his son is produced before the court.
