Shura Council, Turkish Grand National Assembly review parliamentary relations

Doha: The Internal and External Affairs Committee of the Shura Council, headed by H E Abdulla bin Fahad Al Marri, held yesterday a meeting with the Turkish Grand National Assembly’s Foreign Affairs Committee, chaired by H E Akif Cagatay Kilic.

During the meeting, they reviewed parliamentary relations between the Shura Council and the Turkish Grand National Assembly, and ways to support and develop them. They also touched on the joint coordination between the two parties in regional and international parliamentary activities, as well as a number of issues of common interest.
