Cairo: The Shura Council took part in the meeting of the Palestine Committee in the Arab Parliament, held at the Parliament's headquarters in Cairo, on Tuesday.
Member of the Shura Council and Member of the Arab Parliament HE Sheikha bint Youssef Al Jufairi, represented the State of Qatar in the meeting. The meeting discussed developments in the Gaza Strip and the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
HE Sheikha bint Youssef Al Jufairi underlined the State of Qatar's supportive efforts to stop the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip and ensure getting life-saving humanitarian assistance into the enclave permanently.
Her Excellency highlighted the unwavering efforts of the State of Qatar to stop the aggression, in pursuit of stopping the bloodshed, protecting the civilians, getting assistance, and preventing the spillover of the conflict.
