Shreyas Iyer, who will leave the bio-bubble in Pune, promised to come back stronger following a shoulder injury that has ruled him out of the ODI series against England. The Delhi Capitals captain will also miss the first half of IPL 2021.

I shall be back soon pic.twitter.com/RjZTBAnTMX Shreyas Iyer is unlikely to take part in the first half of the IPL as he "subluxated" (partially dislocated) his left shoulder while fielding in the 1st ODI against England at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune on Tuesday. Iyer will need surgery on his shoulder and is likely to be on the sidelines for at least 8 weeks. On Thursday, the BCCI confirmed that Shreyas Iyer will take no further part in the ODI series and will also leave the bio-bubble in Pune.More Related News
