Eknath Shinde camp MLAs turned up at the Maharashtra Assembly carrying a poster with a caricature of Aaditya Thackeray.
Shiv Sena MLAs belonging to the Eknath Shinde camp turned up at the Maharashtra Assembly on Thursday carrying a poster with a mocking caricature of former state environment minister Aaditya Thackeray.
The poster carried by the Sena rebels shows Aaditya Thackeray sitting on a horse and that too in the opposite direction. It blamed Aaditya Thackeray for being adamant on contesting 151 seats in the 2014 Maharashtra Assembly polls, which they claimed broke the Shiv Sena-BJP alliance.
They blamed the Thackerays for "crushing Hindutva ideology for CM's chair" in the 2019 polls.

The poster further said that while handling the environment portfolio, Aaditya Thackeray sat at home and did nothing. And after losing government, he is touring the state, the poster said.
"After getting chairs (CM and minister portfolio), you sacked Shiv Sainiks. After losing governance, you are roaming door to door," the poster said.
On Wednesday, a scuffle broke out between the MLAs of the factions belonging to Eknath Shinde and Uddhav Thackeray on the premises of the Maharashtra legislature. The MLAs of the ruling faction led by rebel Sena MLAs and BJP carried banners with messages alleging corruption in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), which is controlled by the Uddhav-led Sena faction.
