Shilpa Shetty, who fractured her leg earlier this month, shared a new workout video on Instagram.
Nothing can come between Shilpa Shetty and her fitness routine. Not even a broken leg. The actress proved the same as she shared a new workout video on Instagram on Monday.
For the uninitiated, she fractured her leg during the shoot of Rohit Shetty’s upcoming cop drama Indian Police Force earlier this month. But that certainly didn’t stop her from working out. ‘Keep moving, no matter what’ is the mantra that she swears by. Staying true to that, she indulged in a workout session and performed exercises to strengthen her upper body.
During her workout session, Shilpa performed dumbbell overhead press for shoulders and triceps, half-range hammer curls for the arms and forearms, and lateral raises for the shoulders.

“Keep moving. No matter what. That’s the policy I am living by, especially these past couple of weeks. Putting the time I have to good use, while my leg’s going to need time to make a full recovery, decided to ensure I follow a routine that works on strengthening the upper body,” she wrote in the caption.
The diva also revealed that she performed the exercises under expert supervision. She also insisted her fans exercise under the supervision of a qualified and experienced coach if they are recovering from an injury.
Earlier this week, Shilpa Shetty shared another glimpse from her workout session. She was seen performing some yoga asanas while sitting on a wheelchair. "After 10 days of resting, I realised that no reason is good enough to not stretch. So, even though the injury needs me to take it easy for a few weeks, inactivity can make you rusty. So, I decided to practice the routine of Parvatasana, followed by Utthita Parsvakonasana, and concluded with Bharadwajasana,” she wrote while sharing the clip.
