Shiv Sena's mouthpiece, Saamana has claimed that NCP chief Sharad Pawar helped Union Home Minister Amit Shah get bail in one of the 2002 Gujarat riots cases.
Shiv Sena's mouthpiece, Saamana, in its weekly column, has claimed that NCP chief Sharad Pawar helped Union Home Minister Amit Shah get bail in one of the 2002 Gujarat riots cases.
The Rokhthok column, which Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut used to write, is now being penned under the name, Kadaknath Mumbaikar after Raut’s arrest in the Patra Chawl money laundering case.

The column mentioned, "Amit Shah repeatedly uses bad language about Maharashtra. This is his hatred for Maharashtra. Actually, he should always be obliged to Maharashtra and Marathi people. When the UPA government was up in arms against Modi and Shah, it was the excellent 'communication' between Pawar and Modi that got Shah released on bail in one of the Godhra cases.”
“This is not a revelation but the truth. In one more case, Balasaheb operated like 'sarkar' to help Amit Shah. Only Sanjay Raut can write more about it. Sharad Pawar and Uddhav Thackeray can speak more about it. But the same Amit Shah today is running an extreme mission against Pawar and Thackeray," it added.
