Security forces conduct cordon and search operation in Khanyar, Srinagar following terrorist presence, officials confirm.
Security forces Saturday (November 2, 2024) launched a cordon and search operation in the Khanyar locality of Jammu and Kashmir's Srinagar, officials said.
"CASO [cordon and search operation] is going on in the Khanyar area of the city," the officials said, adding the search operation was launched following inputs about the presence of terrorists in the area.
Further details were awaited, the officials added.
