A second person has been charged in connection with the death of a Western student.
19-year old Haroun Raselma is currently at large and is charged with one count of manslaughter for the death of Gabriel Neil of Simcoe.
There is a country-wide warrant for his arrest, according to the London Police.
Aliyan Ahmed of London was also charged with manslaughter earlier this week but was released on bail, which was set at $10,000.
In the early morning of Sept. 11, police were called about an alleged assault near Sarnia and Western Road. London Police say they found Neil with serious injuries which he later succumbed to.
Ahmed is expected back in court on Oct. 18.
Police said earlier this week that the homicide is not connected with the multiple allegations of sexual assaults on the Western University campus.
