Second Amendment group to urge Congress to overturn ATF pistol brace rule
Fox News
Gun Owners of America, a Second Amendment grassroots group, plans to urge Republican leadership in Congress to overturn an ATF rule banning pistol braces.
Republican Reps. Andrew Clyde of Georgia and Richard Hudson of North Carolina introduced a resolution, H.J. Res. 44, in March to overturn the rule. Bradford Betz is a Fox News Digital breaking reporter covering crime, political issues, and much more.
In a draft letter obtained by Fox News Digital, GOA will argue that braced pistols were "especially important in allowing elderly and/or disabled sportsmen and sportswomen to participate in the American hunting tradition."
