President Donald Trump has shown interest in a bill by California GOP Rep. Darrell Issa to block lower level federal judges from nationwide injunctions, two source said.
It comes after various U.S. district court judges issued more than a dozen nationwide orders at least temporarily blocking Trump's executive orders.
