SC rejects plea for SIT probe into Congress toolkit row

A bench of the Supreme Court on Monday dismissed a plea seeking an SIT probe into the 'Congress toolkit' controversy.

The Supreme Court refused to entertain a petition seeking an SIT probe into Congress's role in the toolkit controversy. The Supreme Court bench of Justices DY Chandrachud and MR Shah said, "If you don't like the toolkit, you ignore it. It's a part of a political sham. It's politics. Ignore it."
