Saudi authorities to take action against men who cooked ‘Kangaroo Mandi’

A viral video of men cooking ‘Kangaroo Mandi’ in Saudi Arabia has quickly sparked controvery online prompting the wildlife development authorities to issue a statement saying that this was in violation of the Kingdom’s regulations.

In the video, a man can be seen claiming the benefits of eating kangaroo meat to his friends while the animal sat in a cage in the back of a pick up truck.  He goes on to explain the method to make Mandi, a popular dish that consists mainly of meat and rice cooked with a special blend of spices.
