Saskatoon Police Service's Center for Children's Justice have arrested and charged a man known to be a community volunteer in the city with multiple counts of sexual assault and sexual interference against minors.
Police arrested Eric Pohorecky, 62, on Friday after an investigation of alleged sexual assault and sexual interference incidents that took place between 2016 and 2017.

According to a Wednesday news release, Pohorecky is known to be a community volunteer in Saskatoon.
As the investigation continued, officers levied more charges against Pohorecky related to incidents believed to have taken place between 2018 and 2021.
The charges are linked to four alleged victims who were younger than 16-years-old when the incidents happened.
