Emergency crews were called to the scene around 11:50 p.m. Tuesday.
It's unclear how the fire started, or if there are any injuries at this time.
Sarnia police tell CTV News that damage is extensive and investigators are waiting to enter the structure at this time.
Police have closed Lochiel Street between Brock Street and College Avenue. Motorists should avoid the area.
