The National Commission for Protection of Child's Rights (NCPCR) on Monday issued a notice to Congress MP Digvijay Singh and Director General of Police (DGP) Madhya Pradesh, asking for an investigation into the former's statement against students of Saraswati Shishu Mandir.
As per the notice issued by NCPCR, which quotes several complaints from children, Digvijay Singh had allegedly said that students studying in Saraswati Shishu Mandir are taught hatred and they then indulge in violent activities.
