Sara Ali Khan reveals if she will play grandmom Sharmila Tagore in her biopic

Sara Ali Khan was recently asked if she would star in her grandmom Sharmila Tagore's biopic. Here's what the actress said.

Sara Ali Khan is the daughter of Saif Ali Khan and his ex-wife Amrita Singh. The actress' grandmother is Sharmila Tagore, whom she finds very graceful. However, Sara doesn't know if she is as graceful as her grandmom. The actress, who made her Bollywood debut with Kedaranth, recently revealed if she would star in her grandmom's biopic. In a recent interview, Sara was asked about featuring in Sharmila Tagore's biopic.

Sara Ali Khan recently appeared on Roposo Live and was asked if she would play her grandmom Sharmila Tagore in her biopic. To which, the actress said, "She's so graceful. I don't know if I'm graceful."

Sara further mentioned, "I speak to badi amma (grandmother) quite a lot, but I don't think I've actually spent much time speaking to her about her career as such. There are so many other things. She's so well-read, interested in current events, and has a great sense of general knowledge. She's such a classy lady and she's had such a life. She has world views and we've spent so much more time talking about that than actually her craft, which I think I should."

On the work front, Sara will be next seen in Gaslight with Vikran Massey. Post that, the actress will feature in Laxman Utekar's untitled next with Vicky Kaushal. Her last release was Aanand L Rai's Atrange Re, in which she starred alongside Akshay Kumar and Dhanush.
