The Narcotic Control Bureau’s vigilance team that is probing the extortion charges against Sameer Wankhede will visit Mumbai for the second time on Monday. Headed by Deputy Director General Gyaneshwar Singh, the team is likely to question Sunil Patil and Prabhakar Sail in Mumbai.

As per top sources in the central agency, “no evidence of extortion” has so far been found against Sameer Wankhede. The team has only found procedural lapses in the filing of the Mumbai cruise drugs case, sources said.
