Samantha is one of the most popular stars in the Telugu film industry. It was recently reported that the actress is suffering from a 'rare skin condition'. It was also claimed that the actress had travelled to the US to receive treatment for the same. Samantha's manager, Mahendra, has now reacted to these reports. Speaking to Indian Express, the manager said the star's fine and added that all such rumours are not true.
A report had recently claimed that Samantha had travelled to the US to receive medical treatment for a rare skin condition. Her silence on social media further fuelled these rumours. Her manager, Mahendra, has now broken his silence on the matter. While addressing concerns about her health, he said that Sam is fine and termed these reports as "just gossip. He, however, did not comment on the purpose behind her US trip.
Samantha, meanwhile, is going through a busy phase on the work front. She was last seen in the romantic comedy, Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal. It was directed by Vignesh Shivn. Samantha is gearing up for the release of Yashoda. It is touted to be an action-thriller and features Sam in the role of a pregnant nurse. Going by its teaser, this will be a dark and disturbing affair. Sam also has Shaakuntaalam, directed by Gunasekar, in her kitty. The mythological drama features her in a cherubic new avatar. Samantha will be seen alongside Vijay Deverakonda in Khushi, slated to hit the screens this December. This will be her second film with the Liger star after Mahanati (2018).
