Subrata Roy, chief of Sahara Group, passed away on Nov 14 due to cardiorespiratory arrest. He was 75 and had been battling complications from metastatic malignancy, hypertension, and diabetes. He was admitted to Mumbai's Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital & Medical Research Institute on Sunday. His loss will be deeply felt by the entire Sahara India Pariwar.
Sahara Group chief Subrata Roy died of cardiorespiratory arrest on Tuesday, November 14, according to a company statement.
He was 75.
According to the company statement, he passed away at 10.30 pm due to cardiorespiratory arrest following an extended battle with complications arising from metastatic malignancy, hypertension, and diabetes.
He was admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital & Medical Research Institute in Mumbai on Sunday after his health deteriorated, it added.
"His loss will be deeply felt by the entire Sahara India Pariwar," it said.
Air India has signed an agreement with Bengaluru Airport City Limited (BACL), a subsidiary of Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL), to develop a built-to-suit facility for the AME program that will feature modern classrooms, well-equipped laboratories for practical training and a team of qualified trainers.
