Concern about air pollution is not a reason to prevent kids from experiencing the joy of firecrackers. As your sacrifice for them, walk to your office for 3 days. Let them have the fun of bursting crackers. -Sg #Diwali #DontBanCrackers pic.twitter.com/isrSZCQAec So true @SadhguruJV ... These are the top 10 contributors to pollution.. diwali is not even in the top 20... All these new environment activists may have missed understanding this pic.twitter.com/sSLiNhCePA What if we are working from home? Where to walk for the sake of sacrifice? Can’t fun be done without bursting fire crackers ? No it can't be done. If bursting crackers on Diwali will be banned then bursting crackers on new year and cricket matches should also be banned. Brother if u work from home, you can walk to buy festival items like flower or domestic items for 3days. There is lot of reasons to walk instead of bike or car. You have done your part by working from home. Now let’s kids enjoy the Diwali. What can I say, you are great. Thanks for your contribution. No. If you don't want to burst that's fine. But there are people who enjoy by bursting crackers. So let them enjoy. Banning crackers to prevent air pollution when it is not even among the top 15 causes be like: pic.twitter.com/FxloR5jLun Sadguruji is absolutely right when he advised parents not to stop children from the joy of bursting crackers . We should take out some solutions to get rid of pollution from bursting crackers .But for children the whole Diwali fun of cracking the fire should be allowed . So if any accidents happen to kids, will u vouch it.Brsting firecrackers by kids may cause serious accidents & don't turn this diwali a Dark side 4 the kids & their parents. The long exp0sure of sound from Crackers may Reduce the hearing of kids also. As a child, I never enjoyed Diwali, because of firecrackers. When I saw firecrackers being lit, I used to dread in anticipation of the loud noise that was to follow. I somehow like the noise of artillery shells exploding a lot. I like fireworks that emit light only a lot. Totally relatable.I as a kid enjoyed it, still enjoy bursting crackers, & will do it till the end of this lifeChildren in the neighbourhood enjoy it tooTaking firecrackers away from them, handing them pumpkins & dressing them as zombies doesn’t make any sense to me
