Bappi Lahiri breathed his last on February 15. TV celebs like Rupali Ganguly, Tejasswi Prakash, Karan Kundrra and Ekta Kapoor took to social media to pay their last respects to the legendary singer and music composer.
Legendary singer and music composer Bappi Lahiri passed away on Tuesday, February 15. He was 69 years old. The news of his demise broke in the morning and left everyone shocked. Many television celebrities took to social media to pay tribute to the legendary singer and music composer.
Rupali Ganguly, who used to call Bappi Lahiri 'Kaka', shared a photo with the music composer and wrote, "The Legend. The King of Music. My Kaka. So many memories Childhood spent at your house! Pappa and you started from “Agreement” and went on to do so many films and evergreen songs. So many recordings, so many conversations, so much love and warmth... You always singing Yaar Bina Chain Kahan Re everytime we met! Our conversations about Pappa Will miss you!! For me an era has ended today (sic)."
Bigg Boss 15 winner Tejasswi Prakash shared a picture of Bappi Lahiri on her Instagram stories and wrote, "Rest in peace Bappi Da! To the end of era...We all grew up listening and grooving to your songs. You will forever be remembered. Om Shanti (sic)."
Bappi Lahiri had appeared on Bigg Boss 15. Recalling his appearance on the show, Karan Kundrra tweeted, "Saddened and shocked.. you’re a legend dada.. you gave us so much love and positivity when you came to the BB house.. can’t believe Om Shanti #bappilahiri (sic)."
