Runway 34's Aakanksha Singh reveals she got a handwritten letter from co-star Amitabh Bachchan. Here's what it read

During an exclusive conversation with IndiaToday.in, Runway 34 actress Aakanksha Singh revealed she received a handwritten note from her co-star Amitabh Bachchan.

After making her television debut, actress Aakanksha Singh ventured into the world of films with Badrinath Ki Dulhania. The actress later featured in a couple of movies down South. And now, she is gearing up for the release of her next Bollywood film, Runway 34. The movie also features Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh. In an exclusive interview with IndiaToday.in, Aakanksha revealed that she got a handwritten letter from Big B and also mentioned what was written in it.

During an exclusive conversation with IndiaToday.in, Aakanksha Singh revealed she wanted to thank her Runway 34 co-star Amitabh Bachchan, as he sent her a buggy when she had a fracture.

"I didn't know how to thank him or what to say. So, I wrote a poem and gave it to him. I told him sir, please read it. And he asked me, 'Kabse likh rahe hain aap?', to which, I said I have been doing it since childhood. He said that you write well. That was a big moment for me because he is also a great writer. Whatever he writes, he writes so beautifully - be it poems or one-liners. Since I had the same passion for writing, I thought of writing a poem first. He really liked it. And the very next day, I received a letter of appreciation, in which he had written - Prasansa ke patra aate rahenge, pehle ye sneh bhara patra kijiye swikar [You will keep getting appreciation letters. But first, please accept this letter]. It was a very big deal for me," said Aakanksha.

For the unversed, Aakanksha Singh made her acting debut with a TV show, Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha. Later on, she featured in another television show, Gulmohar Grand. However, once she started acting in films, there has been no looking back for the actress.

Talking about her upcoming movie, Runway 34, it is all set to be released on April 29, 2022.
