Ruckus at BJP’s Bhabanipur campaign, Dilip Ghosh’s security men pull out guns as TMC workers protest

As the BJP leaders led by Dilip Ghosh campaigned in Bhabanipur, TMC workers gathered to protest and raise slogans against the opposition party.
With the Bhabanipur assembly election bypoll nearing, the campaign in the South Kolkata constituency hit fever pitch on Monday after BJP workers alleged party leader Dilip Ghosh was attacked during the canvassing. His security personnel were seen pointing their guns in the air to disperse the crowd.
On Monday morning, the BJP had planned an elaborate campaign in the Bhabanipur constituency, where Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is seeking re-election after he lost out to BJP’s Suvendu Adhikari in the West Bengal assembly elections.
