Pastor Corey Brooks sat down with Brad Nardick to discuss the CEO's unique hiring process.
The pastor opened the conversation by asking Nardick to describe his unique hiring process.
"The way we've chosen to build our business over the past eight years is we have created hiring pathways for people who have criminal backgrounds, people with disabilities," Nardick began. "Today, about 55 of my employees, which is almost 40% of my business team, are people who have former backgrounds in gangs and in prison. [We also have] people who are in wheelchairs, people who are deaf. We are an open door."
