Robert Downey Jr, Matt Damon to star in Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer

Robert Downey Jr and Matt Damon will be working with Christopher Nolan for the first time in Oppenheimer. The film stars Cillian Murphy in the titular role.

The cast of Christopher Nolan’s upcoming directorial Oppenheimer just got bigger with the addition of Hollywood superstars Robert Downey Jr and Matt Damon. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the two actors join previously announced cast members Cillian Murphy and Emily Blunt in the film.

The Universal Pictures project is a biopic of J Robert Oppenheimer, the theoretical physicist remembered as one of the fathers of the atom bomb.
