Riyasat, the royalty-inspired Indian restaurant under Alfardan Hospitality, is donating 200 meals to Hazm Mebaireek General Hospital front line doctors and nurses fighting Covid-19 on the first day of Eid al-Fitr. This initiative resulted from a special partnership with the Emergency Health Preparedness Department at the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) and Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) to honour medical caregivers on the front lines of the fight against the epidemic. Since its opening, in October 2020, Riyasat Doha, located in Al Gassar St Regis Resort, has been driven by a strong sense of engagement in charitable causes, a statement said on Wednesday. Hazm Mebaireek General Hospital, located in Ar-Rayyan, is one of Hamad Medical Corporation’s latest facility with an intensive care unit for COVID-19 patients and over 200 dedicated medical staff members working around the clock. Riyasat will be preparing 200 heart-warming Biryani meals, at the restaurant’s kitchen with the help of all its staff members. The meals will be wrapped in well packaged boxes, ensuring all safety measures and precautions are taken and delivered straight to the hospital’s front-line workers.More Related News
