Amid a brutal second wave of Covid-19, queues of patients and their relatives were seen outside hospitals and oxygen-filling stations across Jaipur. The city has been grappling with a shortage of oxygen for the past seven days amid a huge surge in Covid-19 cases. India Today TV visited an oxygen-filling plant in Jaipur's Vishwakarma Industrial Area where the filling of oxygen cylinders for industrial purposes has been stopped.
