Viele Unternehmen möchten geflüchtete Ukrainerinnen als Fachkräfte gewinnen – besonders in der Gesundheitsbranche. Wie das schnell funktionieren kann, zeigt ein Klinikum in Brandenburg. Doch eine Frage bereitet Sorgen: Was, wenn die Frauen zurück in die Heimat wollen?
Im Schulungsraum in Forst, einer kleinen Stadt in der Lausitz im Osten Brandenburgs, sitzen an diesem Tag acht junge Ukrainerinnen. Mit blassen, konzentrierten Gesichtern folgen sie dem Unterricht. Erst vor wenigen Wochen sind sie aus ihrer Heimat vor dem Krieg geflohen.
Was sie eint: In der Ukraine arbeiteten sie als ausgebildete Pflegekräfte. Nun lernen sie bereits Deutsch, um künftig auch hierzulande Patienten versorgen zu können.
