Members of the right-wing groups in Kerala stopped the shooting of a film alleging that the story shows interfaith love. The incident took place in Kadampazhipuram in the Palakkad district of Kerala. On Saturday, the shooting of the movie 'Neeyam Nadhi', starring Meenakshi Laxman, was stopped by some right-wing activists. The shooting location of the movie was in the vicinity of Vayillyamkunnu Bhagavathy Temple in Kadampazhipuram.
