Right-wing group sings bhajan to protest namaz inside Bhopal mall

On Saturday, right-wing group members broke into bhajans to protest the offering of namaz inside a mall in Bhopal.
A controversy erupted on Saturday over offering of namaz at a mall in Madhya Pradesh’s Bhopal city. Members of a right-wing group reached the wall at around 3:30 pm and protested over offering of namaz at the mall by Muslim employees.
On Saturday, while a few employees were offering namaz near the fire exit on the ground floor of the mall, some right-wing group members reached the spot and expressed their displeasure. The right-wing activists started to make a video of those who were offering namaz.
The protesters started singing bhajans inside the mall to protest over offering of namaz.

Seeing the dispute escalating, the mall management and security staff reached the spot and managed to calm both parties. On receiving information about the uproar at the mall, the police also reached the site.
Dinesh Yadav, department coordinator of Bajrang Dal, said that group namaz is being offered in the mall for a long time, about which other employees of the mall had informed the party.
Bajrang Dal has warned that if namaz is offered in the mall, then Hanuman Chalisa will be recited collectively in front of the mall.
