Revanth Reddy paid Rs 50 cr to become TPCC chief, alleges party secy; resigns

Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee secretary Kaushik Reddy has sent his resignation to party president Sonia Gandhi alleging that A Revanth Reddy paid Rs 50 crore to get the post of TPCC President.

Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) secretary Kaushik Reddy has alleged TPCC chief A Revanth Reddy has paid 50 crores to get the post. He has also sent his resignation letter to party president Sonia Gandhi. During a press conference, he alleged that A Revanth Reddy paid Rs 50 crore to All India Congress Committee (AICC) Telangana in-charge Manickam Tagore to get the post of the TPCC President.
