Restarting offline classes in colleges to be decided after first vaccine dose: Karnataka Dy CM

Karnataka Deputy CM and State Covid task force head Dr CN Ashwatha Narayana said on Thursday that resumption of offline classes will be decided only after the first vaccine dose was administered to all college teachers and students.
All college students above 18 years, teaching staff and non-teaching staff in Karnataka colleges will be considered as a priority group to administer vaccination, Deputy CM and State Covid task force head, Dr. CN Ashwatha Narayana, stated on Thursday. Narayana, who also holds the higher education portfolio has tweeted with regard to this and said that the vaccination for the above groups would be taken up in the month of July in the respective colleges as per the guidelines of the central government after consulting with the officers.More Related News
