
Research says Zoom calls are bad at getting things done, in-person is the best

The research highlighted that a Zoom call or an audio call would work better than an email or text, only if a face-to-face ask is not possible initially.
Asking people for help in person is likely to elicit a positive response whereas videos or phone calls are likely to elicit a positive response rather than email or a text, recent research has found. The findings, however, did not show an advantage of video over audio-only channels.
