In a huge relief to the Maharashtra government, a Mumbai court has directed the Union home ministry to hand over the pendrive and documents sought by the cyber police in connection with an alleged corruption case against former state Home Minister Anil Deshmukh.
The Esplanade Magistrate Court directed the Union home secretary to hand over the documents and pendrive over the next 10 working days.
