Hundreds of candidates come out to protest, asking Rajasthan Government to conduct REET examinations again.
The Rajasthan Eligibility Entrance for Teachers (REET) has gotten embroiled in a major controversy. The Ashok Gehlot led Rajasthan government had claimed that it had made elaborate arrangements towards holding the examinations in which more than 16 lakh candidates appeared for the examination meant for recruitment of third-grade teachers in the state.
However, protests are being carried out by hundreds of candidates leveling allegations of widespread cheating and irregularities in Rajasthan during the holding of the REET examinations.
