"On the day of the martyrdom of Bhagat Singh, we will launch an anti-corruption helpline number. This will be my personal WhatsApp number," CM Bhagwant Mann wrote.
He added, "If anyone demands a bribe from you, record an audio/video clip of them and send it to me. Strict action will be taken against those found guilty. Corruption will no longer have legs to walk on in Punjab.
