Realme GT Neo 3, the fastest-charging smartphone in India, will be available to buy from today. The biggest selling point of the GT Neo 3 is its 150W charging technology that tops up the battery in under 20 minutes. If you want your phone to charge faster than the time you probably take to get ready for work in the morning, the GT Neo 3 is worth considering. And not just its charging speed, but other specifications that also make the GT Neo 3 a well-rounded phone for its price.
Alongside the GT Neo 3, the Realme Smart TV X Full HD will also go on sale today. This is the company’s latest line of smart televisions that run on Android TV software. There are three models; 32-inch, 40-inch, and 43-inch, in the series. While the last two models are mostly similar, the base model comes with slightly less powerful specifications.
The Realme GT Neo 3 comes in two charging-speed configurations, 80W and 150W. There are two storage models available for the 80W model. The one with 128GB storage costs Rs 36,999 and the one with 256GB storage is priced at Rs 38,999. The 150W model has just one storage configuration of 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which costs Rs 42,999.
If you buy the GT Neo 3 at the first sale, you will end up paying a lot less than those prices. On using an SBI credit or debit card for both full and EMI payments on Flipkart, you become eligible for a flat instant discount of Rs 7,000 on the GT Neo 3. That means the 80W models will cost you Rs 29,999 and Rs 31,999, respectively, whereas the 150W variant will be available to you for as low as Rs 35,999.
The Realme GT Neo 3 comes in three nice colours. There is a Nitro Blue variant that you can see in the photo, a Sprint White variant, and an Asphalt Black colourway.
Realme GT Neo 3 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset, which is one of the fastest in the mid-range market. There is a 6.7-inch Full-HD AMOLED display that has a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. The display has a 100 per cent DCI-P3 colour gamut and supports over 1 billion colours. It is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. There is up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. There is Realme UI 3.0 skin on the phone and it is based on Android 12. The phone supports Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res-supported stereo speakers.
There is a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main camera on the GT Neo 3 that supports optical image stabilisation. It has two more cameras, an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera with a 119-degree field of view and a 2-megapixel macro camera. For selfies, there is a 16-megapixel camera that uses a Samsung sensor. The 80W model uses a 5000mAh battery, while the one with 150W fast charging comes with a 4500mAh battery.
