Realme 9 Pro 5G series is likely coming to European markets on February 15. Realme has been teasing the launch of the Realme 9 Pro+ and 9 Pro smartphones for a while, and this date may finally put an end to the speculation. February 15 is when Realme 9 Pro 5G series will enter Europe but the Indian launch may take place on some other day, according to reports.
Tipster Abhishek Yadav, who goes by @yabhishekhd on Twitter, has shared a photo announcing the launch date for the Realme 9 Pro 5G series. According to that photo, the European markets will see the launch of upcoming Realme phones on February 15. Realme, however, has not confirmed anything yet around the same.
The Indian launch of the Realme 9 Pro 5G series, however, may take place on a different date. A report by MySmartPrice has suggested Realme may hold an event on February 16 to launch the Realme 9 Pro+ and Realme 9 Pro smartphones. There is not much to tell about the same, and since Realme has not said anything yet, we will have to wait to find out more about the launch timeframes.
Realme 9 Pro+, 9 Pro specifications
Realme is currently building hype around the upcoming series, which is why it has revealed a few things about the two phones. The company has confirmed the Realme 9 Pro+ will use the MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor, making the upcoming phone one of the few phones in India. It has also unveiled that the phone will support 5G, which is obvious considering the processor. But this is where the official information ends. Everything else about the Realme 9 Pro+ and Realme 9 Pro comes from the grapevine.
A recently leaked image showed the Realme 9 Pro+ and Realme 9 Pro will bear the same design as the Realme 9i, or originally, the GT 2 Pro. The phone may come with a punch-hole display with a thick chin. On the back, it will have three cameras, two of which will appear big in size to respect the new design. The specifications of the Realme 9 Pro, according to that leak, include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor, a 6.95-inch 120Hz OLED display, a 64-megapixel camera system, and a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. The Realme 9 Pro+ may come with better specifications, but not much is clear right now.
