P.E.I. RCMP are investigating the death of an inmate from the Provincial Corrections Centre.
An RCMP release says police responded to a report of a death around 7:50 p.m. on October 31.
The prisoner had been transported to a hospital for treatment prior to their death, and police say there is no evidence of foul play at this time.
