RCB rode on superb knocks from Glenn Maxwell and de Villiers to post 204 for 4 on the board and then restricted KKR to 166 for 8 to win their third match in succession this season. Maxwell top-scored with 78 runs while de Villiers made 76 as the duo added 53 off 37 balls for the fourth-wicket to tilt the scales in RCB's favour. Both batsmen hit 9 fours and 3 sixes each during their whirlwind knocks.
