Royal Challengers Bangalore stretched their unbeaten streak to 3 matches in a row on Sunday as they registered a 38-run win over Kolkata Knight Riders in Match 10 to return to the top of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 points table. Chasing a mammoth 205 for victory, KKR were restricted to 166 for 8 in 20 overs on the back of some superb bowling from spinners Kyle Jamieson, Yuzvendra Chahal and Harshal Patel at the MA Chidambaram Stadium. KKR tried their best to make a fist of the run chase but kept losing wickets at regular intervals which led to their downfall.
