India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is excited to be back with the national side after recovering from injury and is looking forward to playing in the upcoming T20I and Test series against Sri Lanka. After missing the Test and ODI series in South Africa and the home limited-overs contest against West Indies, Jadeja has returned to the Indian limited-overs set-up having recovered from the injury that kept him on the sidelines.
"Say hello to all-rounder @imjadeja and vice-captain @Jaspritbumrah93 as they join #TeamIndia for the Sri Lanka series. @Paytm | #INDvSL," BCCI posted a video welcoming Jadeja and vice-captain Jasprit Bumrah.

"I was keen to do my rehab properly and was working hard on my fitness at NCA. Today, I came here for my first practice session, it feels good," he added.
After clinching the T20I series against West Indies, Team India will now look to carry their form into the three-match series against Sri Lanka, beginning Thursday. India and Sri Lanka will square off in three T20Is and two Tests, with the first match of the series to be played in Lucknow on Thursday.
