A Dalit girl in Jharkhand has alleged that she was abducted and raped for three days.
A Dalit girl from Bardiha in Jharkhand has alleged that she was kidnapped and raped for three days by a Muslim man.
In her complaint, the girl said that she was abducted on September 6 when she had gone to the washroom at 7 pm. She alleged the accused, Irshad Khan, and an aide suddenly grabbed her from behind, gagged and kidnapped her on a motorcycle. In the meantime, she fainted.
When she regained consciousness, she found herself locked in a room of a house. She said Irshad came to the room after some time and raped her. When she put up a protest, he threatened to kill her family.
After three days, he dropped her at a spot along the Bakoiya-Manjhiaon border in a red car. The kidnappers then called her mother to the spot to pick her up. She told the police that the accused in the car had guns.
The police said that an investigation has been launched.
