Ranbir Kapoor left his fans emotional by showing up for Shamshera promotions. The film releases on July 22.
Ranbir Kapoor is known to be extremely patient and giving to his fans. Today June 20, the poster of his upcoming film Shamshera was released. A month before this, the actor showed up during Shamshera's promotions, leaving his fans surprised and emotional. A video of the actor meeting and interacting with his 30 ardent fans was shared by Yash Raj Studios, which is now going viral.
Ranbir Kapoor is super excited about his upcoming film, Shamshera. He did an exclusive fan meet event with about 30 lucky fans and showed them the first poster of Shamshera. The endearing hush-hush event that took place around a month back saw his fans get emotionally overwhelmed by the presence of their favourite screen icon. “My fans were specially invited today to launch the poster of my film Shamshera. But there was a small twist. They didn’t know I was going to meet them and spend time with them,” Ranbir can be heard saying in the video.

Yash Raj Films’ action entertainer Shamshera will release in IMAX on July 22. The highly anticipated film is touted to be a never seen before visual extravaganza that is meant to deliver a big-screen experience to audiences. Talking about the same, director Karan Malhotra said, “Shamshera is a visual experience that has been designed to treat audiences with a spectacle like never before. We are thrilled to release the film in IMAX, which will deliver the film’s visual extravaganza to audiences across the globe in the most immersive way.”
“Shamshera is an entirely new concept for today’s audience, and, we feel, it is a visual delight given the uniqueness of the subject. When we set out to make this film, we were clear that Shamshera would be best enjoyed on the big screen and in IMAX. So, it’s really heartening to announce this development to cine-goers across the world,” added director Karan Malhotra.
Some of the other Hindi films that have been released in IMAX before are all on-screen spectacles like Dhoom: 3, Bahubali 2, Padmaavat to name a few.
