Raju Srivastava's daughter, Antara, penned a heartfelt note to Amitabh Bachchan. She expressed gratitude to the veteran actor.
Popular comedian Raju Srivastava left for his heavenly abode on September 21. After suffering a heart attack, Raju fought for his life for nearly 40 days in the hospital before he passed away. His unfortunate demise has certainly left a void in the world of comedy. A week after the comedian's demise, Raju's daughter, Antara, penned an emotional and heartfelt note to Amitabh Bachchan. In the note, Antara mentioned how much Big B meant to Raju.
Sharing unseen photos of her father with Amitabh Bachchan, Antara penned an emotional note on Instagram. "Extremely grateful to Shri @amitabhbachchan uncle for being there for us every single day during this tough time. Your prayers gave us an abundance of strength and support, which we will remember forever. You are my father’s idol, inspiration, love and Guru. Since the first time dad saw you on the big screen, you have stayed within him forever. He not just followed you on-screen but off it also. He had saved your number as ‘Guru ji’ in his contacts. Him reacting on listening to your audio clip clearly shows what you meant to him (sic)," the note read.
Raju Srivastava's daughter further mentioned that her entire family is grateful to the veteran actor. "The love and admiration he receives globally is all because of you (sic)," she added.
