Rajesh Varma takes charge as BJP Vizianagaram district president

U. Rajesh Varma appointed BJP Vizianagaram president, vows to develop party and highlight government schemes for local elections.
U. Rajesh Varma took charge as the new president of BJP’s Vizianagaram district wing, on Tuesday, January 21, in the presence of the party’s MLA N. Eswara Rao, State treasurer M. Nagendra and returning officer P. Venugopalam.
Mr. Varma vowed to develop the party across all mandals of Vizianagaram and urged the party leaders and activists to highlight Union government schemes “that also benefit common people in remote areas” to strengthen BJP and win big in the next local body elections.
BJP senior leaders Kotagiri Narayana Rao, Kusumanchi Subbarao, Bavireddi Shivaprasad Reddy, Lakshminarasimham, Imandi Sudheer and others were present.
Sukoon Unlimited, a Bengaluru-based age-tech start-up and community-driven platform for seniors has raised 4,30,000 (₹ 3.7 Crore approximately) in a pre-seed funding round. The round saw notable investors like Anchorage Capital Partners(India), Dr. Vinay Jain, a leading oncologist and philanthropist, Manish Dureja, Rahul Dash, Prantik Mazumdar, Neeraj Sagar, and Sudhir Kamath. The capital will enable Sukoon Unlimited to enhance its platform, scale its operations, and expand its community of seniors across India.
