Rajasthan govt backtracks on decision to reopen schools, colleges after criticism

The Rajasthan government has decided to backtrack on its decision to reopen the educational institutes in the state in the current situation.
The Ashok Gehlot-led Rajasthan government has decided to form a five-member ministerial committee to decide on the reopening date for educational institutions and formulate SOPs for them, after backtracking on its decision to reopen schools from August. The committee will comprise of Agriculture minister Lalchand Kataria, Health Minister Dr. Raghu Sharma, state Minister for Education Govind Singh Dotasara, state Minister for Higher Education Bhanwar Singh Bhati, and state minister for Health and Technical Education Dr. Subhash Garg.More Related News
